MY PATH: ALEJANDRA TORRES DROMGOLD

Founder of Musas Academy & Custodians of the Earth Regenerative Leader | Writer | New Paradigm Visionary

I’ve walked this path from the soul —and from action.
I come from the business world, from structures and numbers.
For years I led the transformation of my family business into a pioneer in sustainable construction in Colombia, which ranked in the global top 10% of companies for the world.

Later, as an environmental leader, I negotiated the Sustainable Development Goals and led international funding for the protection of the Colombian Amazon. I co-founded networks like the Colombia Green Building Council, Family Business Network Colombia, and currently serve as President of Sistema B Colombia —planting new purpose-driven business models.

But there came breaking points.
After many external successes, my soul asked for silence.
I stepped away. I listened. I returned to myself.

I backpacked through South America for 9 months.
I climbed mountains in the Himalayas and the Andes.
I studied regenerative leadership, evolutionary astrology, ancestral spiritual practices, and quantum creation.

I became a mother. I wrote a book. I founded Musas Academy —a space for conscious leaders who want to create from the soul.

Today, I weave both worlds:

Do I need a fully defined project to join?

No. Many come in with an idea, a calling, or a deep intention. The program helps you germinate, structure, and launch your project.

How much time does it require?

This is a sacred space for real transformation. We recommend 3–5 hours per week to fully benefit.

Can I join from another country?

Yes. The format is hybrid. Online sessions are designed for multiple time zones, and bootcamps are optional (but deeply transformational).

Are payment plans available?
